Run one certification program across every facility.
Give each student a clear path, each facility the right local ownership, and company leadership a complete view of Method 9 status across VR and in-person training.
Different roles need different views of the same program
Opacity Vision keeps responsibility clear without forcing every user into the same dashboard.
From company view to the person who needs action
Company
Organization-wide facilities, status totals, primary contacts, and the certification program picture.
Facility
Local roster, qualified coverage, upcoming needs, assigned contacts, and token availability.
Student
Lecture requirement, official eligibility, token, certification status, expiration, history, and next action.
Manage certification coverage—not just certificates.
A list of expiration dates cannot tell you whether a facility will have enough qualified observers on the right shift.
Group students by facility, filter useful statuses such as expiring or Needs a token, connect each person to the responsible contact, and plan recertification before coverage is at risk.
The same company can have one location ready for VR, another using an in-person event, and a third needing immediate renewal work. One platform can preserve those differences without losing the company-wide view.
One program can support VR and in person
VR where it fits
Use compatible headsets and the approved workflow to reduce travel and add scheduling flexibility.
In person where it fits
Retain traditional smoke school for facilities, groups, or requirements where that path makes sense.
One record system
Keep both methods connected to the correct student, facility, company, and certification history.
Enterprise economics without a per-facility platform fee
The published annual company subscription is a flat $2,000 platform fee and unlocks volume token blocks. It is not multiplied by the number of facilities.
As-needed
Published reference: $250 per certification with no subscription.
Annual subscription
Published reference: $2,000 per company per year, plus the applicable token-block purchase.
Volume and enterprise
Published block rates decline with volume; the $75 rate applies only to the 100-token block. Enterprise coverage is custom quoted.
Published reference pricing is not a binding quote. Actual vendor configuration, purchasing terms, and current written pricing may differ. See the full cost and pricing explanation.
Enterprise program questions

Can students see who manages their training?
Yes. The student dashboard can show the assigned primary contact or training support information needed to get help.
Can we mix VR and in-person Method 9 certifications?
Yes. Opacity Vision is designed to maintain both paths in the same organizational record system.
